I went into this workshop with mediocre expectations as I fancied myself as an effective communicator already.  I figured this would be old hat to me.  But I was pleasantly (and humbly) surprised! Ajit reframed effective communication in such a way that I could immediately see ways I could improve and have been implementing in my day-to-day communications with outstanding results. I loved the small group size, the way Ajit quickly built rapport with, and amongst, the group in the first session.  The 3 hours flew by each week, and they were a highlight of the week every time.  I left every session feeling energized and ready to implement a new tool I’d gained in effective communication.  Thank you, Ajit!
