After 17 years leading global teams at Dupont, Pioneer, and later Corteva Agriscience, Ajit launched his own coaching practice to do what he loves the most; developing leaders and building teams.
Ajit has a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cell Biology, an MBA, and is trained as a leadership and team systems coach.
He lives in Johnston, Iowa, with his wife, daughter, and their ever-playful goldendoodle.
Tom Penningroth is a dedicated practitioner of centered leadership, culture improvement, and change management. Tom is also an experienced business transformation coach who has helped businesses articulate and realize their goals for 20+ years.
Tom is adept at facilitating improvements from the front line to executive leaders, "connecting the dots," ensuring that everyone understands how their role contributes to executing the strategy.
Tom has worked with teams in more than 20 countries and led several Six Sigma Black Belt Projects for DuPont and Pioneer that delivered millions in bottom-line value.
Tom and his wife, Diane, split their time between Des Moines and Chicago and wherever else their work or play may take them.
